This was a really informative video! I had a question about the shading on the leaf: do you always use a vertical lined thumbprint on the centre/stem and a horizontal lined thumbprint on the outer sections (32:38)? Or could you use just one of these tools for both areas of the leaf?

You are clearly very talented, but it would've been nice to get to see the working head of your stamp, and would've been nice to see the detail you were talking about, instead of having the view blocked by your mallet.

I like the fact that you can change the direction that you are sewing. This is more versatile than a cylinder arm machine. Did you add the servo motor or did it come with it.

I got my first Barry King tool recently, a sharp turn beveler and now I see why people love these tools. The workmanship on this thing is just flawless, highly recommended

I have a sail rite for my smaller work. They advertised it as being able to handle way more than it can. I’m so glad I ran into this video. I primarily make knife sheaths. My husband is a bladesmith, he’s started doing it full time. I can’t keep up with the hand stitching. Looks like class 4 is our machine!!

When will you be getting more Barry King #2 checkered bevelers in that you used in this video? Id really like to place an order.

Thank You Tim. I love using round knives and rocking them forward. I needed someone to tell me why I lose control when I rock to far. Best demonstration of using a round knife I have ever saw.
